The Grief to Growth Course

After navigating the profound loss of my husband, I created Kismetology and the Grief to Growth Course as a guiding light for others on their own grief journeys.

This 28-day experience is deeply rooted in my personal understanding of grief and the transformative power of Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG). Each day, you'll receive thoughtful prompts designed to help you process your emotions and discover pathways to growth. This course offers a safe and compassionate space to express yourself and explore your unique grief in a creative way.

For 28 days, receive daily Grief and Growth prompts directly in your inbox, filled with: inspirations, meditations, coping mechanisms, and art healing tips.

These resources are designed to support you as you compassionately integrate all aspects of yourself throughout your grief and healing process, incorporating spirituality, science, and ART!

Remember, grief is a deeply personal journey. The way we heal and cope is unique to each of us. Please know, you are not alone in this.

Grief

Recognizing the importance of honoring the pain and sitting with that feeling, however difficult it may be, is often the first step toward equanimity.

My Story

I'm a mother, artist, and author. My life took a sudden turn when I met Lukasz, the love of my life. We met in 2015, married in 2016, had Vivian in 2019, and tragically, Lukasz died suddenly in a car accident in 2020.

Left to navigate grief as a young widow and single mother, I found myself devoted to being of service to young widows and sudden loss survivors. Creating Kismetology has been my world since my loss.

What I have crafted and created is a course designed to help you cope with your sudden loss.

This is what I wished I had when my person was gone.

Everything you see in here, was designed and crafted by me and my mission is to inspire and hold space for you to process your own grief in a safe and sacred space.

Thank you for taking the time to read and to choose to take the first step towards your own healing journey.

We have not met by accident, it’s Kismet!

With Love and Gratitude,

Manoela
